I just found your site!I am a severely depressed person. It takes great effort for me to pursue things for myself. That is why this is so long in the doing. I wrote a letter on November 1, 2003 to Mr. Lund With Respect To (WRT) this problem. The company never responded. I consider this an admission of guilt.
Late in 2003 I purchased a used cadillac from Lund Cadillac. My salesman was Mr. Lee Johnson. the auto is a 1999 Deville, De-Elegance. On the day of purchase the odometer showed between 17000 and 18000 miles on it. The salesman advertised it as a great deal due to the low mileage. I bought the car. On a trip to Los Angeles, CA the odometer mileage went from 19999 to 30000! I was quite supprised and angry. I want $1.00 per mile for just compensation.
In my original letter (dated Nov. 1, 2003) I have asked for their previous history on the vehicle. No further correspondence has occurred.

You can find out a lot of information about your Cadillac by going to ANOTHER Cadillac (or any GM dealer) and ask for the car's VIS (Vehicle Information System) printout. Any GM dealer can input your VIN and provide information as to warranty repairs and at what mileage. You can use this to determine if there was any odometer roll back. You can also check with Car-Fax but they only keep information reported to state DMV's and your car may not show up. Hope this was helpful.
