I saw ad on Facebook where you could get trials of wrinkle skin cream for $4.95, one for face, and the other for under the eyes. I received a box with two little bottles in it, started using it, not getting any results and then, I get my credit card statement showing charges of $4.95 twice and $89.15 and $89.85. I about had a stroke, wondering what these charges were for?

I look and see a paytment going to Sheridan, Wy. and the other charge going to Arizona, but the cream came from Santa Ana, Ca. I called my credit card company and said, do not take anymore money from my account! I cannot afford this every month and I do not even want the product, it doesn't work. The girl at credit card company said" you'll have to cancel it, and I say fine I will. I try for three weeks calling there number 877-369-0258. No one would answer the phone. I once got a recording on January 6th, 2015 and I stated to cancel this cream, don't like it and sure can't afford it. The next day another box came, I tried calling the company again, no answer. I then call my credit card company and say" these charges have got to stop! The lady says, don't worry, it sounds like a scam, all you have to do is write them and file a dispute. By this time, I had been charged $89.15 three times and $89.85 twice!

I try calling the skin cream company again, still no answer except this number is no longer working. I call my credit card company, they say "they will put money back into my account but will do an investigation. I say, "fine, whatever it takes". Then the next day another box of cream arrives. This all started in October 2014, it now is April and this skin care company has sent them these pages that I supposely checked, for the money to be taken out each month. I never checked any kind of box, and the pages of the cancellation was creams that weren't even mine, and some of the pages unreadable! So then my credit card card charges back to me all these charges $474.75. I take the boxes to the post office, send the cream back with sign on delivery to California. It is July and I am still trying to get my money back! Main company is out of China! Folks, do not order any, you will so sorry! They are scammers!
