 We bought our doublewide in 2011. We were so happy to have the home of our dreams but soon became a nightmare to us. They came and fixed the shower due to leaking into the adjoining bedroom. The man said they were putting in one piece showers due to this problem but since we had already bought it they wouldn't so he chaulked it. 6 months later it is leaking again. The biggest problem is the cabinets. What was once a lovely kitchen is now a eyesore. The cabinets started peeling shortly after buying. They came and took pictures but never heard anything. My husband did not give the manager a good report when they called. He was angry and told my husband they would not be back to fix anything. It is now 2016 and the cabinets are literally falling or should I say cumblling down. Its a shame paying this much money for such poor quality. We Will never recommend this dealer or southern energy homes.
