i purchased a wallet for $46, and a handbag with anchor adornmenments for $86.

First, the shipping time was overwhelmingly lengthy. When I finally received the items, the handbag was missing the anchor adornments. I called immediately, and got voice mail. The next TWO weeks, I emailed and called. No one picked up the phone, returned my messages or answered my emails. On one last attempt, a girl answered the phone. I poured out my story to her. She was unapologetic and seemed unconcerned. I was informed that the adornments would be mailed out that day.

its been three weeks and I have yet to receive them. I wrote a message to the company on Facebook. I was absolutely appalled to receive an answer that was sarcastic, highly unprofessional, and inappropriate. It was thus: "Good grief.....can you send over your address here? Cant believe they didn't send them out! Will beat them in the parking lot
