Lux Style International Sales Aps Threatening Scammers Odense Denmark Internet

The product is BlackheadKiller by Lux International Sales Aps. I came across the product page on Facebook, i started to order the product but the amount advertised was half of what the invoice was billing me for. I cancelled the order before completing it.

Four weeks later the product arrived in the post. I could not return it because if there was a return address in the package it was not visisble.

Today, 2 months after the product arrived i received an invoice for the 29.90 AUD as well as a 10.00 AUD late fee.

I emailed them telling them that despite this being their error i am prepared to pay the 29.90 but will not pay a late fee for a product i did not want. I did not think to search for scams until after i sent the email.

Does anyone have any advice on how i should proceeed with this?

I do not like being threatened with legal action but i dislike being scammed more.
