I received a package in the mail with an eye lash quickmax serum that I never ordered. They took my mailing information and sent me the item and an invoice for 54$ requiring me to pay. I emailed saying I will not be making a payment as I did not agree to pay for this item nor did I order it and here is the email I received is below. Very shady and obviously a scam. Hoping others will be able to close down the company and expose the scam.

We have received an order request through one of our websites as a result of filling out the order form and accepting the terms and conditions. This completes the order process.

 You can certainly return your order for a full credit to your invoice. We ask that you please send us an e-mail once you have posted the products back to us, so that we can place the invoice on hold and make a note to expect the return.

 If you use our satisfaction guarantee, you have to specify this in a note. The satisfaction guarantee is only valid if the product has been used.

If you wish to send back an unopened product, make sure to send it back within 14 days of delivery.

 It's always the customer's responsibility to make sure the item arrives safely at LuxStyle. Under no circumstances are we able to provide return postage or a pre-paid envelope to return the products back to us.
