I visited Lux Style website and browsed on their eye lash enhancer products. To get the pricing, I need to be registerd. Realizing the high cost, I left their website.
I then received an e-mail from Lux Style that my ordere has been shipped to me. I e-mailed them right away that I never ordered the product.
The product was shipped to me with the bill ignoring my response. I responded to send me a prepaid return envelop so that I can return the product. They refused and asked me to pay to avoid legal debt collection case.
Up to now they have added 2 late payment fees and continue threatening me to be forwarded to legal collection case.
This company "Lux Style" have many bad reviews posted having similar siuation as mine.

Samething happened to me. Now they are threatening to sue me. I have not opened my package and do not want it. All this because I visited the website filled out I and then changed my mind because it was to expensive. I never finished the process but they still sent me the product. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

The same thing happened to me. They also sent me two emails saying I was charged 2-3 times with a late payment fee of $10. The total came out to about $124 CAD. I just recently got an email claiming to be the final notice that I need to pay the amount before they take me to court and start a debt collection case against me. I'm actually very scared, because I don't want to risk lowering my credit score and having it on my permanent record. Has anyone really been taken to court by this company's scam? Should I just pay them to get them off my back?

The same thing happened to me. I emailed them telling them I refuse to pay for something I didn't order even if they sent it to me. It's a scam. I got the last and final notice and they said they will turn it over to their lawyers however I haven't heard anything yet. It's not worth a lawyer for a $65 order lol. Such a scam
