LUX450HD LUX450.com Refuses to work with to resolve problems Del Mar California

From an online ad for buy 2 add-on camera lenses and get one free for my smartphone and paid additional monies for an upgrade of the lenses.

I decided that I really only needed 1. Had to call AMX to dispute the charge as the merchandise was way over due. After 2 weeks of initiating the dispute through AMX, the package arrived and I called the company as to the policy of returning it. They said to write on "return to sender" and as soon as it arrived they would issue a full refund.  They did issue a refund for the original $117.00 I paid for the lenses, but are refusing to refund the $72.00 for the upgrade because the issue is in dispute with AMX. AMX tried closing the dispute saying the company sent the information that I failed to follow return policy. I disputed this.  

Called LUX450 and they won't do anything because of the dispute. I told them that all they had to do was refund the $72.00 back to my AMX card and I would notify AMX that the matter had settled. Called AMX back and they are reissuing the credit, but the devil may care attitude of Steve (the agent I spoke with) is reprehensible.
