I paid $5,400 for various furniture items purchased in October 2009. Delivery was promised for 2 to 4 weeks. All attempts to call the delivery office was unsuccessful (No human works at the delivery office). Sales staff are only friendly to the extent you have not parted with your hard earn money. Once you have made payment, you will be given the run around. No one takes responsibility. You will be given phony promises of a call back on delivery status.

I got fed up and went to the store on 02/15/10 and requested for a refund. To my surprise the manager challenged me to take legal action after I have indicated to sue for a refund.
