LuxLife Publishing Group David Dykema Joseph Gatt Michael Maddaloni I purchased a "half page ad" from supposedly in a local country club magazine and they never delivered. Boca Raton Florida

This is a fraudulent company that offers advertisements for business and does not deliver the product.

LuxLife Account Executive, David contacted me in June of 2017 inquiring about selling me an ad in "Golfing World of XXXX" which he stated would be mailed out to our 5 Country Clubs in the area.  I purchased a "half page ad" for $400 and was promised that the ad would be out in October.  October arrived and the publication did not. 

I reached out to the person who was working on the ad about the release of the publication and he directed me to his project manager, Mr. Gatt  I contacted Mr. Gatt inquiring about the publication.  He reported that the office had been hit by the hurricane and that the publication would run from Nov 2017-Nov 2018 and assured me I would receive the publication within the next few weeks.  I contacted him again later inquiring about the publication and was met with no reply.  I contacted the two of them again recently and again was met with no reply. 

Their phone numbers are not working now as well.  I filed a fraudulent transaction report with my credit card bank, my local police department, Federal Trade Commission, and with the merchant's police department in Boca Raton, FL. 

Upon further research on the BBB, I have discovered that the "Principal" of the company, out of Deerfield Beach, FL was arrested October 27th on drug charges.
