Luxor Automotive STAY AWAY!  Worse experience and very traumatizing.  Owner Shayne M. Robinson and his wife are crazy, unprofessional and scammers! there are other reports here on ripoff and bad complaints and reviews. 

We contacted Luxor Automotive to purchse one of their vehicles that they had listed for sale on multiple websites including craigslist, luxorautomotive.com and others.  I contacted them through email and also called and spoke with their salesman AD (adrielle) and the secretary Tracy.  We were told the vehicle was NOT sold it was available and they worked on first come first served basis.  The sales man adrielle stated that even though there was a lot of interest in the vehicle that there had been no deposit given and until there is a deposit placed it is available for purchse.  We arrived at the dealership at 3830 Cypress ST tampa, fl  33607  The sales man gave us the pending sales agreement and vehicle informaiton.  Adrielle and the owner Shayne M. Robinson moved several cars to allow the vehicle to be test drove.  It was clear the vehicle had not been sold since the owner was helping get the vehicle out for a test drive. 

We took the vehicle on a test drive and during the test drive got a call from some lady.......turned out to the be the owners wife, she said bring the car back here immeidiately I have someone here to pick up the vehicle.  We returned the vehicle and told her that we were test driving and and were going to go and purchase the vehicle.  The wife of owner Shayne Robinson, was very aggressive and told my mother who is in her seventies and was behind the wheel to get out of the car....it was her car and she was selling it to a man that had just arrived from New York.  She said the vehicle was sold four days ago, and we told that that was impossible we have a string a emails, calls etc confirming that the vehicle was not sold.  The woman acted very crazy and along with her husband kicked my 70 year old mother off the car lot. 

The owners wife lied again and said there was already a deposit on the vehicle.....we asked to see proof, but they had no proof.  The basically pulled a grandmother out of a vehicle that being test drove and scared her very badly.....then kicked her off the lot.  Apparently the wife of Shayne M Robinson, had decided she wanted to sell the vehicle to someone else, even though we had arrived first and had the keys to the vehicle and were test driving the vehicle.  Their behaviror was so rude and aggressive, then they tried to lie about the deposit after the owner Shayne M. Robionson had assited my mother with the test drive and knew the vehicle was not sold.  The vehicle was not only posted available on many internet sites but also had verbally been confirmed as available by Adrielle (A.DD.) the secretary Tracy and the owner himself.

I called and tried to talk with Shayne M. Robinson and it was a very sad interaction.  It was talking to a 15 year old punk out of juvenile hall.  He yelled, cussed and screamed non stop.  I only asked one question, please give me the names of the owners, I have a right to file a report as a consumer.  He yelled and said he was Shayne kiss a*s that was his name, and he was an attorney himself.  He repeatedly cussed and acted like a crazy nut....not a professional business owner.  He was extremely threating. 

THESE GUYS ARE SCUMBAGS...STAY AWAY, WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TO ABUSE AND LIE A 70 YEAR OLD GRANDMOTHER........THERE IS A LOT OF BAD REVIEWS ONLINE ABOUT THEM BEING SCAMMERS.  THERE IS ALSO OTHER RIPOFF REPORTS.........BUYER BEWARE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!
