Dear Better Business Bureau,
Please update our complaint about these HORRIBLE people known as Luxor, Luxor Direct, luxordirect.com, closeoutcctv.com, and NEW NAME SKYCAM LLC DBA Luxor. Please update these new business names they go by in your system. I replied back to Patrick Nguyen the SO CALLED CEO who told someone to help me like he is in another country LIAR!!! I replied back to him to stop playing games and credit me especially the $9.99 they owe above the $340 they are crediting me. These characters are trying to credit me back $340.99 when I was charged $349.99. they have delayed for weeks and now are trying to rip me off an additional $9.99! They sold me a HORRIBLE DVR which is the worst I have ever seen! Please take action against them and enter it into your system as such and ensure they give me the $9.99 also they are trying to steal! Thanks!

If I don't hear from you as you promised without any delays we will be forced to contact the attorney general etc.... Please advise when you are exactly crediting us back?? Mr. Saladino
EMAIL TO LUXOR (ONE OF MANY WITH AN INADEQUATE LATE REPLY)
We ordered a CCTV CL-8LITE DVR with free shipping for $349.99. We received the delivery a few days late to start this horror show with this HORRIBLE company!
The Luxor Direct 8 channel DVR is made by these characters using derelicts overseas! The DVR was made like cheap trash!!! When we hooked it up it kept freezing and crashing. We called tech support who promised us a call back and never did! We called and email to no avail! Luxor makes and provides junk products and horrible help!!! We called for a return merchandise authorization number. They gave us the run around for days! Someone finally called us back and they said they would email us the authorization number. We finally received it a few days later!
We sent the JUNK DVR back to them because it would not work! They promised us credit with 3 days. 30 days later we were still waiting for credit after promised credit with also false call backs, and email responses to us NONE by the way until we threatened we would contact the Texas Attorney General etc.. Finally they credited us partially of $340 ripping us off $9.99 she claimed below was Luxor's original shipping cost!!
This creep Brandi (as all other reps we spoke to were like THUGS) emailed this message below to us and we replied with the following message ordering her to give us all our money back! As you will see we received free shipping so for Brandi and Luxor derelicts to not give us the entire $349.99 back was a continuation of these criminals showing how bad of a company they are!
From the beginning to the end Luxordirect.com also known as closeoutcctv.com or Luxor and God knows what else are surely the WORST of the WORST companies I have observed both in the military for nearly 24 years as well as civilian world!!!
If I was you I would NEVER buy from these idiots unless you want crap for products and crap for assistance from them! Go to shopping.com or nexttag.com to find other companies to avoid a nightmare with these creeps!!!

News Update to luxordirect.com the WORST customer service we have EVER seen while buying on the internet for nearly 16 years! Brandi Tomek called up on 05/04/10 and attempted to bribe and blackmail us by claiming she and luxordirect.com will give us our $9.99 back if we take our complaints backs! This $9.99 WHICH IS OURS BY THE WAY because luxordirect.com charged us $349.99 for the original product with an unconditional as I was told refunds NO questions asked for 90 days! However, when I finally got the authorization to return this PIECE OF JUNK DVR the claim is so great NOT, Brandi and the President Patrick Nguyen who was advised of this NONSENSE decided to only credit us $340.99 and keep $9.99 for shipping when in fact the original invoice was $349.99 FREE SHIPPING offer. He did NOTHING as a leader to help a customer and directly cause this through is HORRIBLE handling of our complaint! If I was a board member he would be stepping down and OUT! How can someone offer you free shipping and when you return the product in this case PIECE of JUNK DVR luxordirect.com makes you pay shipping this PIECE of JUNK DVR back to them and they in turn decide to change the invoice price and even though it was free shipping now will refund $340.99 FINALLY instead of the complete $349.99! This is UNFAIR and WRONG to say the least and as far as we are concerned a CRIME!!! I guess they receive so many of these PIECE OF JUNK DVR's back they have to charge money or they might go bankrupt from all the shipping costs! Perhaps seeing they sell PIECES of JUNK DVR's they should credit us in this case $439.99 and also our shipping costs as well or provide a free postage page label like SO MANY OTHER companies do for customers! luxordirect.com is TRULY THE WORST BUSINESS we ever worked with and we WILL NEVER ON THIS EARTH recommend them or buy from them EVER!!! Please take action on these horrible individuals!!!
