LUXSTYLE INTERNATIONAL SALES APS LUXSTYLE I DID NOT ORDER THE ITEM AS IT WAS EXPENSIVE BUT THEY TOLD ME AS LONG AS IM ACCESSED THEIR PAGE ITS CONSIDERED I PUT THE ORDER AND THEY TOLD ME I CAN RETURN THE ITEM WITH NO CHARGE! THOUGH I RETURNED THE PRODUCT AND THEY HAVE ACKNOWLEDGE THEY HAVE RECEIVED THE ITEM THEY STILL ASKING ME TO PAY FOR IT!! DK odense C DENMARK

in May 2017 I was on my facebook account and came across on advertisement which appeared on the screen. I clicked it to see the details of the products and the prices. A pop up appeared asking me to register my details before they would show me the prices. I am very sure there were no terms and conditions mentioned there. I needed to give my email address and mailing address which I did to know the price. When I found out the product price is very expensive though initially, it didn't show it was pricey. After I clicked the box it showed different price and very expensive. I realised something is wrong and I didn't proceed to order the products and I closed the page as there no cancel button or asked me to proceed to the next step. thereafter on 17th May 2017 I received an email to in my inbox from Luxstyle that the item has been delivered to me. Though I told them I didn't place the order they told me that the moment I'm in their page it consider I placed the order and they also told me I clicked delivery now and pay later which I am very sure that is not true because of there no such instructions. I have experience in online purchasing and I am very careful in putting my order and this page was suspicious from the beginning. 

They told me they can't help me because they already shipped the item to me but I can return the product to them once I received the same. On 25th May 2017 I received the item and via Intflexi pack (RM33.60) I shipped back the product to them on 26/05/2017. They asked me to fill up a form and put it together with the item. Nothing mentioned for the time period they should receive the item. On 29/06/2017, I received an email from them that they received the item but it was beyond 14 days and asking me to pay for the item. This is totally not fair for me. They only told me I need to pay if they didn't receive the item back. Now they have received the item and using other tactics to demand the money from me. I am also surprised the same date I received a reminder letter from them dated 15/06/2017 asking me to pay for it the item for sum of RM339.60 and penalty of RM50.00 total RM389.60 though I already returned the product and they have acknowledged that they have received the product.

I will not pay a single cent to them as I found out they are scammers. I will lodge a police report against them and will deal with the relevant authorities to protect myself from being cheated by them. They have mentioned in their letter that they will sue me if I didn't pay the said sum, this is making me worry.

Please take action against this company and this company is cheating people to take the money and a scammer. Why I should pay for the product that I have returned and they have acknowledged that they have received it. First of all I did not even place the order and I took initiative to return the product and still they are not letting me go and asking me to make payment by sending me reminder and emails.
