LUXURY EYE REVITALIZER was advertised on FaceBook as a NEW skin care treatment that is used by all the rich and famous. It shows two women who took their product to "Shark Tank" and it was so popluar with the panel that it became the first product in Shark Tank history to receive bids from all of the investors. It is presented in a very professional and impressive infomercial with a large number of celebrities, including Oprah Winfrey, Ellen DeGeneris, and others I cannot remember at this time. It also shows before and after pictures of everyday people, like myself. Try it RISK FREE today for only $4.95.

The confirmation e-mail I received looks like this:

Your Luxury Eye Revitalizer will be shipped very soon!

Be sure to use it every day for optimal results

Order Number: xxxxxx    -   Ordered On: 08/11/2018 01:40pm

Ship to:  xxxxx

Luxury Eye Revitalizer                             Order Total: $6.49

Luxury Skin Revitalizer                            Order Total: $6.49

No where in the ad does it say anything about this product costing almost $90 each. The trial offer was to be RISK FREE and cost only $4.95, then in the confirmation e-mail changed the trial amount to $6.49. Then insult to injury the Notice at the bottom of the e-mail in WHITE type on a very light gray background that makes it almost invisible to read. It states that if the trial product is not returned to them within the trial period it will cost another $84.49 for EACH ITEM (for two items and the trial fee costs would be close to $200!).  Finally, no one answers the customer care phone number, and I cannot locate a web site or page for this company anywhere and the FaceBook ad no longer shows up in my feed.

This is not a free product. You have purchased a trial. You have sixteen days to try the product and if for some reason you do not enjoy it, call our customer service to return it to us, cancel any further shipments, and/or charges. You will be billed on the sixteenth day of your trial for $84.49, unless you call, cancel, and return your products. After your trial is over, you will then be enrolled into our monthly beauty membership program and shipped a new product every thirty days thereafter. We hope you love the new radiant glow your skin may receive after a few weeks of using our Luxurious Ageless Beauty Products! Our Customer Care # is 855-204-9566
