I order a men's leather bomber jacket from this company at an advertised price more than $200 less than a competitor's price. The jacket arrived in short order, and was as described - but was too small; it needed to be returned. However, printed material that came with the jacket outlined the process for making a return for a replacement, credit, or refund. I followed the instructions to the letter, and returned the jacket to them exactly as it arrived to me, in excellent new condition, ready to re-sell. I simply requested the next size up. I also emailed the company, but never got a response. After nearly a month, and after doing everything this company stated needed to be done, I've still not received a call, email, credit, refund...or jacket that has already been paid for. Attempts to call the company were in vain; I was on hold for 20-min where a recorded message in a female's computer-generated voice said "your call is in first place and will be answered by the next representative"...except no representative ever comes on the line to take your call (which was mid-to-late morning, EST, on a non-holiday business weekday). I tried to email them a second time in a month, except the second time, the email bounced -- the company's email 'customer service' contact site has apparently been taken down. In short, their customer service is non-existent; they leave buyers with no apparent recourse to get their money back or resolve legitimate concerns. It appears as if they lure unsuspecting buyers in with low prices, only to fail miserably at delivering on their alleged warranty and return 'promises'.

Luxury Lane Came Through

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Monday, January 23, 2017

Luxury Lane did come through with the original concern; a larger sized jacket arrived via US Post moments ago (1-21-17). I so wish they had a means of customer service / communication that would have avoided a consumer complaint in the first place. 'Corporate silence' doesn't give a customer a very good feeling after several attempts to contact them fail. In the end - and to ttheir credit - they did come through. Thank you.
