Luxury Lease Exchange or Leasemasterusa Joshua Burns, Sean Holman, Ryan Casey Auto Subleasing Scam Portland, Oregon

I am a victim of the con artist Joshua Burns, Sean Holman, and Ryan Casey, that run two unregistered corporations in Oregon called Leasemasterusa and Luxury Lease Exchange based inPortland, Oregon.Leasemasterusa shows Sean Holman as the owner/broker of the company but we have been told his brother Joshua is the main person in both companies. Ryan Casey was the General Manager. The operation was recently shut down since to many victims of the scam were coming to the office and now Joshua Burns has left Oregon and now has set up another scam company at460 6th Street San Pedro, CA.This is the same area he ran a previous scam company called Premier Auto Brokers. Several of us victims are filing legal action against the individuals and company for past payments, over mileage, and breach of Contract agreements. Joshua Burns is a chronic liar and a professional scam artist that needs to be put in jail for his crimes and his personal assets liquidated and given to his victims for the losses we have taken.
