I took over payments on a 2007 5 series BMW and just learned that the payments were not being made. Additionally, the company moved out of it's offices overnight, with no notice, and wrote on the outside of the office windows, "Call for $$".
I contacted the owner Josh, who told me to wire the money directly to his girlfriend's account--not the corporate account that I had been making payments to, but his girlfriend's personal account.
PS. They moved to California and NO, I did not send the payment to her. I am working to get the vehicle back to its rightful owner.

I feel your pain as I was a victim of Leasemasterusa and now Luxury Lease Exchange. Josh and his brother Sean Holman have closed the Portland office because to many victims were coming after them and now Josh has left the area and is setting up shop at 460 6th Street San Pedro, CA. he use to have Premier Auto Brokers in San Pedro which was another scam company with many victims. Please notify the Oregon Attorney General's Office that is investigating this scam of your issue. The other con artist was Ryan Casey that was involved with them and was the original person that contacted me and got me involved with this nightmare! Myself and several other victims are taking legal action against the whole group and look forward to stopping this scam to prevent future victims.
