I used Luxury Locs three times.  The first time, I ordered two packs of remy straight.  I was sent a pack of body wave and a pack of some frizzy mess.   I spoke with April who apologized and sent me out the correct hair within 48 hours and they didn't charge me extra.  I used them again because of the way they handled the first issue.  The second time, I ordered Brazilian Bulk.  My hairdresser does a interlocking weaves on my hair.  When I brought the hair to her, she show me that they have "clumped" all lengths of hair together, hardly any of it was 18 inches long.  I called April and she aplogized, told me that "natural" hair is going to come in different lengths. Whatever, I should pay for the price of one length then.  She promised me a discount on my next order. Am I a glutton for punishment or what? Third time, I ordered Brazilian curly skin wefts, totaling over $300.00.  I had the order shipped directly to my hairstylist.  I was told that the shipment would be there that morning.  I arrived to my hairdresser got my hair washed and conditioned, so that all I would have to do is wait on the arrival of my hair.  It never came.  The tracking number that was sent to me in email was bogus, I called April they kept saying that they would have to call me back so that they could investigate it.  April called me and told me that the hair was being shipped directly from Brazil and was being held up in customs!  All I could do was laugh.  She ensured me that it would be sent out ASAP.  About a week later, I did recieve in the mail, one back of hair that was clearly Beauty Supply Store quality hair and a pack of weft remover, NOTHING close to what I had ordered. At that point, I just decided called her and told her that I want my money back, no more waiting no more exchanges.  Now here's the really interesting part:  I always use Paypal for my purchases.  THREE times they would put my money in Paypal and the money wasn't really there. April was trying to blame Paypayl.  I contacted Paypal and they told me that they would put the money in then take it out!  After this it took several time to reach April by phone.  Finally, I sent a very curt email requesting a fund by check within 72 hours or I was going to take legal action.  I recieved a confirmation email, that a check was going to me mailed to me with the total amount.  I did recieve a check that was $5.00 less than the amount promised to me.  It was also drawn off of a personal account.  At that point I ate the $5.00 but you better believe I cashed the check immediately.
