In January I ordered products from their website & immediately received confirmation of my order with a tracking number associated with my purchase. After about 7 days I emailed to inquire as to why I have not received & got no response. I checked the tracking number which was bogus as it only said waiting for package to be scanned in??? It still says that today. I have called numerous times and received no phone call back.My credit card was charged the day of purchase of course! Please do not use this website, they will only take your money & you will not receive the products you ordered!

This is Alexa, with luxuryparlor.com. First, Id like to apologize for your negative experience earlier this year with our company. Our suppliers could not keep up with demand, creating long waits for our customers who ordered products.

In recent months, however, we have made significant changes. We have upgraded our software system, which allows us to keep a live inventory of whats in stock at our New York warehouse. If a product is unavailable, our website will tell you that on the product page. That same page will provide you with an estimated time of arrival.
