Luxury Unlimited Auto Sales Inc Rip off of a disabled veteran Trevose Pennsylvania

Purchased car on 02/05/2016, driving the car back to Harrisburg noticed problems with brakes and the horn didn't work. Once back notice headlight lamp out, window washer not working and some other issues, these issues involve PA inspection laws.  Informed seller, seller stated in numerous email, that she will fix all of the issues of concern and would I bring the car back the next day, 02/06/2016.  I drove back to Trevose, Pa, and left the car. 

I am still getting texts that all of the issues will be fixed. The car showed a recent inspection, and I inquired about how this car could get inspected with the items not working. Again, I was told to not worry that all of these items will be fixed.  After three more additional visits there still items not fixed.  I had them bring me the car today, and the item of the headlamps is still not resolved. 

I truly felt that I was being scammed, but once I titled the car, didn't see a way out.  The advertisement was very misleading and not the actual condition of the vehicle.  Again, the car should not of past the inspection process.  I would have not purchased this vehicle it I had known it was within the Pennsylvania's legal inspection requirement.  I did not get my car back until today 02/17/2016 @ 2pm when John (her employee) drove it up here.

This was the worst experience that I have ever had.  DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE !!!    The advertisement was very misleading, the car showed a recent inspection, and it would not pass a PA inspection.  Promises were made to fix all items and not kept, causing loss of personal monies in addition to the 3k put down and personal time.  I purchased the car on 02/05/2016, returned the car on 02/06/2016 with the "promise" of fixing all the items listed and now 10 days later I can't drive the car because the headlights are not working properly.   PLEASE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE NO MATTER HOW GOOD IT MAY SEEM !!
