This membership has been misrepresented at the Fort Lauderdale location. I am requesting a refund of our membership.
I am disheartened and dissatisfied with my membership in Luxury V I P Travel. The promises and examples given during our presentation have not come to fruition.
In our presentation, we were told of examples of all-inclusive trips to various places. We asked if we could make a reservation while we were waiting on or so-call login information to the website and our so call information package which as of to date we have not received anything from Luxury Vacations which is over 90 days now. We were told to contact the member's service number, which took 4 days to return our phone call and once we did get a return phone call. We simply tried to book a reservation for Biloxi , Mississippi the customer service rep said she was going to contact her cousin at one of the hotels in Biloxi to see if she could get a deal for us and she was going to call us back. It was not told to us in the presentation that our reservation was going to be based upon an employee relationship with a cousin that works at a hotel if that was the case we would have never in a million years purchased a membership from Luxury Vacations.To make matters even worst the customer service rep never returned our a call in regards to the reservations and we have made over a dozen phone calls to Luxury Vacations to be simply ignored and never getting a return phone call.
 

I find it very interesting that your corporate phone number or any one person's email address or contact information is not provided on any of your paperwork or website other than your member services number which is only for reservation information. When I called to make an initial complaint I was told there was no one I could talk too

This membership has at the very least been misrepresented at the Fort Lauderdale location. I am requesting a refund of our membership costs based on a failure to provide promised services.
