Martin Gondra embodies the word "crook. DO NOT do business with him. Read the reports, they are awful and true. I know first-hand because he still owes me and many former employees money as well. He claims to be successful in many cities like LA, Vegas, Phoenix, and Denver. If they are all so successful, then why does he up and leave within a year or two?

Here is your answer: Client contracts are always broken, he does not pay his employees, he is verbally abusive and sexually harasses his employees, he does not honor or respect anyone's time yet expects the world to bend over backwards for him. He has no integrity whatsoever. He will ignore your calls, emails, and any other attempts to contact him to collect your earned wages/refunds on bad contracts. Contracts are made under false pretenses and it is not cheap to buy ad space in LUXZIO. Where does all the money that clients invest go?? Not to the employees, thats for certain.

Thats just the tip of the iceberg. In addition to foul business practices he is hot tempered and often has screaming fits if an employee did so much as look at him funny. He was not pleasant to work with and because of that, there was always high turnover. He micromanaged and always had a lock on everything. One could not even print without asking his permission since the printer room was locked, as well as the storage room where magazines were kept. Paranoid much?

He sexually objectifies women and has made numerous office memos stating that the women should dress sexy. He's made several comments about pants being inappropriate on a woman and god forbid she wear jeans! Several people witnessed him even telling one of his employees to wear the tightest skirt and biggest heels she had to go with him on a sales call. I cannot make this up. He is simply an awful man.

He has closed up the Denver office and has moved on to Houston to feed off of innocent and unknowing people and businesses. There is an obvious pattern here.  There are so many red flags, take caution and do not get involved with Martin Gondra.

Ive done research and there are a few rebuttals against all of these claims but I have worked with Gondra to know that they are written with his mannerisms, meaning he is writing them and no one else is defending him for his actions. Worst of all, his rebuttals are lies as well, especially any rebuttal against the 18 year old sales executive. While her tone is a little young and naive but her complaints are very accurate. There is a monthly "stipend" but he'll do anything he can to weasel his way out of it. Hey, Martin, how about being honest for once?

You may think there is only one person behind these reports but there isn't. He has really pissed off that many employees/clients. I am not the only one who he has negatively affected.

For anyone thinking about working for him, do yourself a huge favor and skip this "opportunity". The job market may be tough right now but you're better off unemployed then wasting your time and talents on him. He has caused such a headache not to mention financial strain to so many people. NO ONE should experience what the last group of employees/clients did with him.
