LV rewards encore Marketing /Lillian Veron member services I made a purchase a few years ago maybe on line to lillian i do not remember singing up for any reward program i since mved from my previous address its been 2 years since i am in a new location when Blue Ridge Summit, Pennsylvania

I only just found out today that I was scam on two of my credit cards by this company lv rewards and nto solutions rewards each credit had a different nemes but upon calling foud out that its for the same company Lilian Vernon. in each case i had purchase something from their catalog or oline and upon making my purchase somehow this company got access to my credit card information and starting charging me for a program (reward program) I am sur i never signed on for this program in both cases and they could not provide me with any confirmation of me assigning them to extract $14.95 every month from both of my credit cards. Apprantly this all started since 2008 I do not shop lillian vernon my last purchars was in 2009 at a different location i have since moved to a new home address for the pass two years. upon calling the company today i found out the had all old infomation even my email had been changed since i changed my cable company as well. How can these people get away with this for so long they did not even had my correct address or phone number to contact me how can they continue to rip off people like this.

apparently upon my purchase they must have had a coupon to use for a 10% off your purchase and as a customer if you click on the coupon that's how they get you and now they say you signed for a reward program. i am not sure because when you call these people they give you all different answers another they all have Indian Accent they must be outsourced in India but say they are out in PA The thing is I  do not  shop at this Lillian Vernon the last time must have been in 2009 one purchase and before one time in 2008 once a year with this company and I am scam for years I want to put their name out there so the people will not go through what iI am going through today I feel so stupid I never really look through my statements I thought these dedution were for coins my husband gets in the mail every month My husband only look at the statement today to pay off all our credit cards and we only today found this out. I was the one  paying the bills all this time. I am such a looser they people made my life a hell today i can not even eat my kids are asking me what is wrong. this may be simple but it is not it affects people they take away something from you.. Please don't let this continue don't let them get away with this.....  thank you
