I received this wonderful letter and proceded to read the fine print. I just happened to notice that particular line and decided to go on line to find out what I could, thus here it is. Apparently you are supposed to be purchasing a report of sweepstakes winnings by sending $20 bujt they dont send you the money. I tried to find the web site, there was none, I mapquested the po box, its in the middle of nowhere. I googled the initials and arrived here.
