I received a letter stating that I had won over three million dollars and that I needed to send twenty dollars for fees, send a check and the amount would be electronically transfered from my checking account. Only that amount would be transfered. There was also a secrecy clause in the notice.

I did not send the money. This is the second time that I have received a letter to this effect within the last two months. I was tempted to send the money but decided to check the internet first and I am very glad that I did. I can not help but wonder how rich these people are getting twenty dollars at a time and probably a lot of the money from elderly.

Can't something be done?
