Therefore, I have repeteadly requested they submit a statement to 3 CREDIT BUREAUS, EXPERIAN, EQUIFAX, TRANSUNION that reflectsthe actual status of such credit situation with them which is NONE.

If what happened is that WaMu referred to them my supposedly account with them, Alleged Acc.41858-73709-608201, NOT, this is wrong and done without my
authorization and consent. Please attached information on such account. But to summarize, the unpaid status is wrong, the numbers are wrong, the account is wrong.

and
2)the numbers are wrong

LVNV FUNDING LLC has to return improperly transferred-bought account by LVNV FUNDING LLC, to WASHINGTON MUTUAL where account is being serviced, paid by a payment program approved by them as payments are being received by them, processed by them and drawn by them from my bank account as seen above and below:
