I was served a summons from a local Sheriff stating that i was to give an answer to a claim that i owed this company over $8000.00. I gave the answer to the court within the time frame and never heard anymore for a while. Then I received a letter from a collection agency stating that i owed LVNV Funding LLC $5,694.56.
I called the collection agency Northland group Inc. and they were not able to give me very much information. It seems if they do not get anywhere with one collection agency they just send it to another.
