SIMM Associates Inc reporting for LVNV Funding LLC sent a letter stating my deceased brother owed $2,265.49 to a company Oaks ,Pennsylvania Nationwide

This company sent me a letter stating my Deceased Brother owed LVNV Funding LLC a total of $2,265.49 for whatever, ( it wasn't stated for what) they said to send a payment by Money Gram, Pay by Internet, Overnight Mail, Western Union Quick Collect or Pay by Phone at 866-572-9374. The letter was signed by Jeffrey S. Simendinger, SIMM ASSOCIATE 866-572-9374.

I knew it was a scam when I opened it, as my brother never had a credit card or never financed anything. Didn't own anything. Lived in a apartment and had 100.00 in the bank when he passed away. He owed more on his truck than it was worth. These people should be brought to justice by someone. They are ripping off people that don't know what is happening.
