Simm Associates, Inc. Simm Associates.com Phishing from e-bay and spoofing as a rep of pay Pal Credit to collect a general debt Newark Delaware

Anyone as a member of Ebay can see another member's activity level and participation in auctions if you don't make it private. I don't know how they obtained my email address but they sent me a collection notice with a spoof return email address showing in text as Pay Pal Credit--which I do have an account. When you right-click to see the actual email address, it is coming diectly from CustomerService@simmassociates.com. 

My Pay Pal credit account is current and owe no money. If you go to the Website, it appears to be legit if you don't look too hard. This is the old invoice them to see if they pay scam that's been around forever--even before online. Where companies will recieve a "bill" from a vendor or whatever hoping that it will not be checked and just paid.
