LVNV LLC co/ Stenger & Stenger P. C. Denise M. Ballet #8406-45 Collections Edwardsburg Michigan

I received a collection letter from LVNV LLC C/O Stenger & Stenger P.C.  I never received any letters prior or telephone calls from them.  This was in 2012.  Then, I get a court date and the Attorneys stated they sent out letters and made phone calls to me.  Which was false information.  I am 66 years old and I did call them.  They were charging interest and there fee plus what was owed.  My god how am I to survive on my income!  They do not care!  I talk to a Denise M. Ballet and they wanted more then what was owed, she would not budge at all.  Wasn't gonna hire a good Attorney but I told her I needed more time to think of what or how I could pay them.  Called back within an hour or so and I talk to a Aaron S. Murray and he came down a little, not much.  Paid to t and got my confirmation no.  Then I received a letter from Stenger & Stenger and it was dimiss but they have a right to refile!  It is still on my credit report too.  If they refile I will hire a Attorney and I already wrote the Attorney General about this situation.  He Aaron attorney, seemed like all was good after payment.  Then the letter I received and still on my credit report.  Should had hired a Attorney for Senior Citizens and fair practices.  It was signed by Denise M. Ballet who would not work with me at all.  This one I will be ready and ready for anyone who practices in being a fraud.  Credit One Bank should be taken off and never apply for one.  I did it because at that time we were having financial consequences.  I paid on time.  Never again will I ever apply for a credit card.  Half of them charge an outrageous interest rate and then a membership fee.  Never again will I apply for anything.  They better be ready if this is reopened.  This time I am ready for them. There interest was back then almost 25%. Learned a lesson from this and any other creditors always be ready and I was scammed and that upset the Attorney Denise M. Ballet.
