Lydig Wireless, Inc. 715 Lydig AvenueBronx, New York 10462License 1450551347-851-6884 During The Month Of September 2014, I Went Into The Store Named Above To Have A Telephone Change And Was Told By One Of The Workers That It Would Be A Fee Of $25.00 Through Their Store Or Through Virgin Mobile Online. Something Didn't Sound Correct About The Fee. When I Started To Inquire About The High Fee, The Store Working Became Upset & Started Yelling Telling Me That It Was The Store Policy. After I paid The $25.00 Fee, I Had A Gut Feeling That I had Being Scammed. At That Moment, I Had My Girlfriend To Call Virgin Mobile To Investigate The Matter. She Was Told By Virgin Customer Care That I had Being Scammed By The Store Because To Have A Number Changed Online Through Virgin Mobile, It Was Free. Surely I Had Being Scammed By The Store Workers At This Location.  I Would Advice No One To Do Business With This Store. They Are SCAMMERS! Real SCAMMERS! Bronx New York

Secondly, The 20 Minutes That I was Inside The Store, I observed The Store Workers & Owner Overcharge Customers For Phones, & Other Items Inside The Store. PLEASE! PLEASE! Before You Do Any Business With These People, Be Very CAreful. Do Your Investigation Before You Give Them A Dime. After I Confronted The Employees Of The Store, I Was Threaten By One Of The Workers, & Was Told In A Loud Manner To Get The F*** Outta The Store. Since I Wasn't Tying To Create A Problem, I Kindly Left The Store After Taken Pictures Of The Store License & Pictures Of The Store Employees. I Would Advice No One To Do Business With This Store. They Are SCAMMERS! Real SCAMMERS! Bronx New York

Did??

AUTHOR: Tyg - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, October 28, 2014

Did you purchase the phone through them?? If not then the $25.00 sounds about right for SOMEONE ELSE to do what YOU could have done from home. At that point the store WAS correct. YOU could have done this yourself from your home computer. Since YOU went into the store to have SOMEONE ELSE do it for you then YOU are asking THEM to do what YOU could do for free. Life doesn't work that way. Just because a store sells a particular brand of cellphone, does NOT mean that THEY should do the work FOR FREE!!! See YOUR self entitlement wont let YOU think past yourself. So I will present this in a manner a self entitled individual such as yourself will understand. Here goes..........DUH!!!! NO ONE WORKS FOR FREE!!! YOU WANT THEM TO WORK ON YOUR PROBLEM FOR FREE!!! THIS MEANS THE ACTUAL CUSTOMERS WHO WILL PAY THEM HAVE TO WAIT!!!!! NONE WILL WORK FOR FREE!!!! IF YOU WONT WORK FOR FREE WHY WOULD YOU CONSIDER THEY WOULD?? Does that help?? It SHOULD!!! people don't work for free hence WHY its a store policy to charge for ANY value added service. YOU couldn't be bothered to do it yourself due to whatever excuse YOU wish to give, so YOU went to THEM to perform a service for YOU. Don't YOU think they should be paid for said service?? Would YOU expect to be paid if YOU did work for someone else?? Oh that's right!! YOU DO EXPECT TO GET PAID!!!! So grow up and get over it because YOU couldn't do what needed to be done. Why is it SUCH an injustice to have to PAY when YOU need something done?? Why is it ALWAYS the businesses fault that YOU have to pay?? If YOU wouldn't do something for free WHY would you think everyone else would??
