This company typically applies dust reduction treatments to a gravel/dirt road for $.06 per square foot of road surface.  This treatment typically lasts 2-3 years.  My neighbor and I who share the road contacted them to see if they had any other treatments that were more permanent, and were told they could obtain a product that "sets up" as hard as asphalt and lasts significantly longer.  They gave us a price quote of $.23 per square foot for this advanced product.  However, after they applied this treatment, it went on in a liquid form and never hardened as claimed.  Instead, it simply soaked into the road and produced the same result as the products they sell for $.07 per square foot.  So instead of paying $6075.00 (101,250 feet X .06), we paid $23,287.50 (101,250 feet X .23) for the same result.  They promised it would eventually "set up" hard, but after 3 years of waiting, it has never hardened even the slightest, and it has had virtually no dust reduction benefits since the first few months after its application.  This business's bait and switch business practices and purposeful deception is borderline criminal, and others should be warned of their very shady deceptions.
