To any potential Blue Hippo Customer,

Please do not believe any of the lies that this company tries to promote in their commercials. Take this from a person who has been dealing with this company for the past three months. I have sent these people a total of $963.16 to date, and I still have not seen my computer. My three month "one-time-only" payment went through my bank on 12/09/2005. My shipment date was to be the 15th of December.

Today is Feb. 4th and I "still" don't have my computer! I continue to call them several times a week and the only response that they seem to be capable of giving is, "Please give us 10 days and you will receive your computer."

I have been told this same line over and over again by many of their employees. I have also spoken to the so-called Supervisors of this company. They are Leonard Smith and Keith Roberts. They give me the same response. The excuse they continue to give me for this problem is, "We are having trouble verifying your address." This seems to be weird to me considering they sent my address and account confirmation paperwork to this same address and I managed to receive this from them with no problems. I have spoken to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General of Maryland about this situation and they have informed me that in the state of Maryland alone Blue Hippo Funding, LLC has over 500 complaints against them!

I am writing this report to warn all of you people out there with bad credit who want to get a computer, please just do your research on the company that you choose to purchase your computer from. For as much money as we have invested into this company we could have bought several nice computers!
