When I buy my car , I was offer their insurance service total protection plan I took the supreme because  I was told that I would had bumper to bumper coverage. I remember asking expecific questions

E.g. powertrain, brakes and so on, because the salesman only had a single page print out of the different coverages in a very general way.

So I was told that on the brakes that the only parts that didnt cover (with the supreme coverage) were the pads end everything else related to maintenance to the car. Now that my car need it service the brakes, they refuse to pay for the disc rotors and airbags malfunction.

When I call to dispute I was told that my bumper2bumper is not, my supreme coverage didnt cover trim (airbags are part of the trim) as well for the rotors. I can understand all that if next time they show me a complete list of was cover and was not, so next time I can save my $3,117.00 BY NOT BUYING THEIR CRAPY TOTAL PROTECTION PLAN.

So it appears you have an issue with the place that sold your car. As far as the person who sold it to you that would be the F&I dept at the dealership where you bought it. Sounds like you have an issue with him lying and now with the service contract. I bet the contract states maintenance items and SRS sytems including air bag system and components are not covered. Check it out in the whats not covered section.

I would suggest to anyone that before they actually but the contract if they have any questions they can also call the contract company and find out what is and isn't covered. They do not get commission of the sale of the contract like the dealership does.

So you were told it would have bumper to bumper coverage and maint. items covered.  When you tried to claim them and found out they were not covered which it clearly states in the contract srs/air bag and pads, rotors and other maint items are not covered. who should you be mad at? The contract company or the dealer that sold it to you. It appears the contract has everything as far as what is not covered. You were told wrong info from the shop therefore your issue is with the dealer!! not the Contract company
