PAID 3/4 OF SETTLEMENT WITH LYONS COLLECTION AGENCY...DUE TO HOSPITALIZATION AND CONTINUED ILLNESS I MISS TWO PAYMENTS...I GET IN MAIL LETTER FROM LYONS ABOUT TWO MISSED PAYMENTS,LETTER FROM COURT AND GARNISHMENT OF WAGES .
I HAD JUST SENT A PAYMENT TO THEM AND THEY SENT LETTER BACK STATING THEY WERE GOING TO COURT AND GARNISH WAGES ANYWAY.
CAPITOL ONE (MILLIONAIRES) AND THIS AGENCY (VAMPIRES) DISRESPECT HARD WORKING PERSON.
CAPITAL ONE AND LYONS AGENCY WORK TOGETHER TO DESTROY LIVES WITH NO RESPECT OR LETTERS PRIOR TO INFORM OF POTENTIAL JUDGMENTS.
I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CAPITOL ONE AGAIN AND OTHERS IN FAMILY AND FRIENDS ARE FOLLOWING SUIT.

You broke the settlement

You said you paid 3/4 of a settlement, which means this was a court ordered and signed settlement. You are the one who broke the court settlement. As much as I hate 3rd party debt collectors, they had every right to do what they did. YOU failed to honor the settlement that YOU agreed to pay.
Hospitalization and illness are not going to void the settlement. This debt collector did exactly what they said they would do if you missed payments. Now your credit is damaged even further for failing to honor a court settlement.
I also had a settlement with this collector, and guess what? I paid every payment on time and the settlement was fulfilled to both of our satisfaction. Own up to your mistakes.
Plus the fact that this debt went to a 3rd party shows that you failed to pay Capital One and they charged you off. So not only did you rip off LDV, you ripped off Capital One.
Hmmm.....
