I had been a happy Lyris user for some number of years.  Then, I moved to a new company, and needed to negotiate a new contract.

First I had been told I could have the same arrangments, working with the same people... BUT THEN - I get turned over to Lyris in London.  With people who don't know how their own software works, at three times the prices and 1/2 the service.

The promised they would make it work.  They made a lot of promises.  As my deliverability plummetted, they were not available.  As I requested help, they let it slide.  As I said "what you are doing will NOT work" - they ignored me.

I wanted out in the first week.  They said "be patient, we'll work this out".  As they continued to not make it work, and I continued to say "I'm DONE" - they kept making promises, while doing zero.  And, the software continued to degrade - their HQ product doesn't work, and I had to use their Elabs platform (a much less expensive, no longer offered product.)

Now, after 2 months, and an exhorbinant set-up fee, I want out.  But they want 30,000 Euro in order to let me out of my contract.

These people are unethical, unprofessional, the software doesn't work (and it isn't me - I used this product for years.)  They lie, the equivocate, they make promises they do not keep. 

And - their product performs worse than similiar services costing 1/10th of the amount.
