M-97 auto parts This place lies about what they are selling Warren Michigan

I called M-97 auto parts about a tailgate for a 2008 Ford Edge and was told they had a good tailgate with minor scratches and rust. Than they sent the form for me to fill out. The form that I signed stated all items sold as is and I didn't think that was an issue because I had it in writing on that same form that the parts had minor scratches and rust. They did not disclose that there was major dents on the inside of the tailgate But when the tailgate arrived it was all dented on the inside of the tailgate to where the tailgate had more damage than the tailgate I was replacing and was not usable. All of the damage was on the tailgate before they shipped it and that is why I should be getting a full refund from them. They flat out lied to me about the condition of the tailgate with only having minor scratches and rust
