M & M Auto Plex Gregory Tapp aka Chazz and Antonio Warranty Fraud Wilson North Carolina

I purchased a vehicle from them on May 7th 2013 which included a service warranty plan $500 gave them a check that paid for the service plan and vehicle in full i have the contract signed and dated by salesperson Gregoy Tapp aka Chazz so the date of 7/16 check engine light comes on i take it to the shop they say its a transmission internal issue which would be covered by the warranty so i take the vehicle to Car Protection Plus vendor they try to find contract but there wasnt one in the system so the warranty people said the dealership did not send it in but so i called the dealership

they said it must have got lost in the mail so they wanted me to drive 1hour away so they can take to there mechanic with no credentials so i told them im not comfortable with that and that i preferred a specialist  to handle it that deals with the service warranty plan so they tell us to take it there and they will the bill and then minutes later they call back saying either we do it there way or they are not paying not i am stuck paying the total and out of $500 for the warranty service so my next step is legal actions itshard doing business being a woman thesr guys are bad business
