Yesterday morning we received the following message from a person Leland Moglen tried to recruit to further the fraud and loan modification scam of M3 LEGAL SERVICES.

She was smart and followed her gut and it led her to our posts on M3 Legal Services and Leland Moglen. Let this serve as a warning to folks in foreclosure and people looking to make a fast buck.

Thanks for this. I was strongly considering working for this company up until I read this. I listened to a "Webinar" last night what an amazing salesman. But while I laid in bed something just did not seem right. "Too good to be true"

I kept thinking about getting a fee from an attorney office, a portion of their fees. I knew that was wrong but couldn't put my finger on why, I do not have a legal back ground. But after reading this the light bulb turned on.

I am so happy I saw this and did not take any money from anyone is such a terrible position. There was a dozen or so new recruits on the webinar last night each given 250+ leads of people who are 30+ days late on their mortgage payments.

I am sure a good number of those leads are being called this morning and scared into handing over money to save their loans.

I wish they all would do some research before giving there money to company like this.
