M3 Strategy, Michele Mitchell, David Thompson, Christopher Ellis The rip off artists that when I track down will get theres scottsdale, Arizona

I too was a ripped off  by Michele Mitchell and Chris Ellis with their broken promises, of Michele stating she would refund my money and everytime I went to her Scottsdale office, as she told me that my refund would be available after 4pm. Everytime I showed up there was a sign on the door, training, audit or some bullcrap excuse. Then the last time, I showed up and saw someone hiding around the corner. I would love to know her new location also, as I want my money back!!

I am one of the lucky ones. I withheld giving my money to M3 and it sounds like I did a good thing. I did meet with Michelle Mitchell. She seemed nice and sincere, bet we felt that there was too much negative to gamble away $2000. I have 2 other friends who are in " the Process" and when I hear anything, positive or negative, I will post. They said that the office moved to 51st Ave and 101, so that they would be closer to home(anthem for some) Here is the number that Michelle gave me that she said was her cell. 480-221-0593. I hope that this is a help and keep me up to date. Even though I have no money involved, I have the "almost" factor and that makes me upset. Good luck!!!!
By the way, it was a total God thing, cause I was suppose to give the money on Monday, but she didn't come over and that is when my 2 friends found out about the reports that you all made, so thank you and thank God!!!

I believe we are all still waiting for their new information...anyway...when i called my lender to see what the status was, they actually said that it was in review back in jan...and status was closed b/c there was information they needed that was never sent over them (a financial worksheet that my bank sent to M3strategy, and they sent it to me)...I fillled out whatever that was, sent it back to m3strategy and never heard from them since, aside from "we are looking into it, we are still in negotiations, we should have an answer next week..etc..etc, blah blah blah".

So that is where i am with this, i will NEVER EVER again pay anything to have someone else negotiate or do anything with my mortgage. I will NEVER put myself in that position again.  I would like to see these people behind bars or out of business or something though, so if we all get together and can make it happen, I am all for it!!! What do you guys say?!!!

in our case, at least our document is being reviewed, but not sure if they are wroking based on the short refi request. i need to make sure where we are.
we are thinking to talk to a local company who charges more, but seems to have more credibility.

I would like whatever information you have on these people.  I am willing to file whatever I need to file to get these people out of business.  There cant be any possible way that these people should be allowed to practice whatever job it is that they practice other than to sit behind bars and rot.  Please send me their new contact information.  I strongly believe Michele Mitchell didnt know I posted on here which is why she responded to an email I sent her a few days ago...all of a sudden, she never responded back...all of a sudden their phones are out of service??  Isnt what they did against the law somehow?  WOuldnt this be considered fraud...they have so many people's personal information...has anyone noticed anything suspicious on their credit reports lately?!!!

I am almost ready to do business with m3 Strategies. I guess that they have moved offices closer to Anthem, AZ where some of them live. This is the first $4000 rip off of this company that I have heard of. They are asking for $2000 for there services of which you cannot get back, due to the nature of the services. Lawyers doing paperwork. There are no guarantees and no money back. It's Vegas with your home loan. I do have new numbers and such, if you would like them. Just respond and I will get back with you.
