I visited the so called dealer after I seen a car they falsely advertised on Craigslist. I should have  that this was going to be a bad deal from the start..the place is attached to a junk yard. It was the sales guy third day on the job and he was a complete idiot. I loved the car itself and decided to go with the purchase because of the low price....a mistake I regret!!! When it came time to do the paperwork, they were so unorganized that we had to wait 2 hours just for them to print the paperwork out and find everything they needed. The place was a complete mess...dirty as hell..you couldn't see the tops off any "desk" in the place because they were all full of paperwork from other suckers such as myself. They had peoples information laying out for the world to see!!! We stood at the front counter and signed the paperwork for this car...as we are signing, we realize they not only lied about the mileage on their advertsisement by 15,000 miles but they failed to mention that the car had a rebuilt title...they throw that in there at the very end of the paperwork....I learned that EVERY car they sell has a rebuilt title....they buy cars and fix them and resell them....this is something as a dealer should have to reveal to the public...We asked what the reason was for the rebuilt title and the sales guy gives us some stupid lying a** story...We decided to go with it anyway...our own faults I know....

The armrest in the car was broke and were were promised that they had the part already ordered and that they would call us when they received it....we leave with the car and get it home to find power steering fluid pouring out from underneath it...I call the dealer and of course they say they dont know what Im talking about....after the dealer researches my warranty that I purchased with the car..the dealer offers to fix it...I decline because they should of fixed it for me for free..not charge my warranty company for the work...I wasn't allowing them to make another dime off of me...2 weeks later they call me telling me "my part for my armrest should be in, however they need me to comeback and sign some more papers that they forgot"...What reputable dealer forgets paperwork....I refused to drive a 1 1/2 hrs back to the place again so they sent someone to meet me...we signed the paperwork and the part for my armrest has yet to appear...included in the purchase, I was transferring my license plate over from my other car to the new car I was buying..3 weeks after I bought the car I still had not received the new registration showing the transfer was completed.....I received the rebuilt title but nothing else...I call the dealer and they tell me they did the transfer and mailed the registration..I bought the car 8/14/14....its now September 30, 2014 and have yet to receive the regsitration for the car...

I am now forced to take another day off work to go to the secretary of state to see if Im driving around on plates that aren't registered to my car...I have bought several cars throughout the 20 yrs I have been driving....I have never seen a dealer work in the way they do....the biggest red flag was that they would not take any type of check as a down payment..they wanted cash!.The banks were closed so they had me pay via credit card through their paypal site they sell car parts through at their junk yard..and they made me pay an extra $100 to cover their processing fees! Every car I bought from a dealer dealer was fine with a check..it takes several weeks for the trasaction to be processed..plenty of time fot the check to clear....This place has disaster written all over it! As I sit here a month and a half later..My car is at the ford dealer having $3500+ worth of work done....b******* they sold to me...they fix these cars they buy half a** just to turn a quick profit!!! They lie on their advertising on the mileage...they make false promises...their cars are junk! They fail to tell you about the rebuilt titles until you done signed everything but the last page....STAY AWAY!!!!! DO NOT BE ANOTHER VICTIM OF THEIR CHEAPLY PRICED CARS! THEY ARE PRICED CHEAP FOR A REASON!!!!
