Maaco Autobody ripoff dishonest tricked and lied to us rip-off Hagerstown Maryland

They say when you go to Maaco, you get what you pay for. Well sometimes you don't even get that! After having an accident I took my car to Maaco for an estimate. They said it would be $1195.00 to fix it and it would take 3 days to to the work. The estimate consisted of repainting the hood, replacing the fender and fender skirt, replacing the raidatior support, and replacing the headlight and side marker light.

I gave them the OK. First, they had my car for 2 days and called to say they lost the keys in the snow. I took them another set. They called the next day and said the car was finished. When I picked my car up and got it home I realized the hood they charged 3 hours labor to paint was not painted, the raidatior support they charge $91.00 for and 7 hours labor to replace was the same bent up support that was in the car when I took it to them and the headlight they replaced well guess what...it didn't work.

I called and let them know what I had found and they appoligized and said they couldn't give me a reason for not being told and offered me $227.00 back. He also tried to assure me that the company would make no profit by being dishonest with me! Personally no offer would justify being lied to. These people are dishonest and decietful, and were just hoping that they could take advantage of a woman who they didn't think knew any better. Well they got fooled but I got ripped off. And remember sometimes, with Maaco, you dont even get what you pay for!!
