Ordered Frontline flea&tick product for cats. Came to $98 & change. Read bad reports about Maak. Called back 20 minutes later to cancel & was told I would have to send an e-mail on a business day. This was about 4PM DST. Never received a reply to my e-mail. Product received at P.O. and was returned marked refused. Charge appeared on credit card account and a protest was issued.

After two weeks a priority mail envelope was received with a copy of the charges & order on it. We had to sign for it. Now Maak claims they never received the product back. We are still negotiating with credit card co.l These people are under-handed and sleazy. The Maak site claims to be listed with BBB in Yorba Linda. I can't find the listing. Also claims to be a Biz Right site and they are not listed there.

Maak sent us a priority mail envelope with a copy of the invoice in it. It had to be signed for at the P.O. It was and now they claim that was the merchandise they sent. I have copies of the envelope & the invoice.
Unfortunately we sent back the original package of merchandise, marked Refused, Return to Sender but kept no copy of it. They have informed our credit card co. that we signed for merchandise and owe them the $98.95 originally charged. Our credit card co. says they cannot deny the claim.
