MAAK for Pets Lied about product delivery. Order placed 5 29/2012. Never received merchandise and management is non-existent and customer support abusive. Internet

Order placed May 29, 2012. Told it shipped on 5/31/2012. It is 6.18.2012 and company refuses to address where the product is and when it will be received. Order consited of heart worm medication and flea and tick control for me dogs.

There is absolutely no infastructure or people in this company. Looks like I have been swindeled.

I am a fool for using this organization.

We LOVE MAAK

 Went about this company a little backwards, ordered first and looked up reviews later which scared the crap out of me because I read a lot of thing saying they sold "fake" products! My husband kept a close eye once we received our frontline and nothing we received was fake at all. The frontline we received was exactly the same as we'd purchased previously from other places and worked 100% so we are pretty happy we found them. Maybe try again with their customer service dept. alot must have changed since your order:/

 Just want to send an update.  I finally received my order on 24 Jan 2014.  It was postmarked 22 Jan 2014 and came out of California PO Box and I received exactly what I ordered.  I must say I was very worried about my order / money spent after such a long time and reading other's reviews about MAAK.  When I did get an email response from MAAK it was pleasant and I was told if my item did not arrive they would refund my money... a few days later it arrived. 

I'm not sure what's going on with this company but I am very happy that I received my order; however, considering it took six weeks to arrive I don't think I will purchase from their site again.

Just sharing!  =)

Do Not use Maak forpets

      I too am currently having a negative experience with Maak for pets.  My story: I ordered and paid for - Revolution for dogs 86-130lbs on 16 Dec 2013.  As of today 23 Jan 2014 I have NOT received my products.  I contacted Maak 1/7/2014, via email and received correspondence 1/9/2014 basically saying they shipped my order on 18 Dec 2013 but will ship out another. 

     I contacted Maak again on 1/14/2014, via email, asking for shipping tracking information as my order still had not arrived.   I have yet to get an y more email responses.  I have also called their given toll free number listing on their website several times and no one EVER has answered. 

     I am frustrated with this issue especially as it seems I have bought products from a very shaddy company.  I wish i had looked at their reviews before I spent over $100.  I usually don't complain, but I need to either get my products for a full refund.  I thought I would share my experience to let others know that it is not them and perhaps other entities can "make" Maak "do right" and/or cease to exist - I am thinking the Attorney General of Texas as they list on their website that they are out of  Spring, TX 77382.  I am just really tired of waiting for products that my pets need, so now I will have to buy from another source.

     Does anybody else feel this way or have suggestions as to what we, as consumers can do to either receive products paid for or get a 100% refund?

I have been dealing with Maak Enterprises for quite a few years as I have three cats. I have always had good service from them and no trouble. They are very reasonable also.
