Maak for Pets Maakenterprises A Very Shady Company Spring Texas

Ordered on the 3rd, received on the 16, wich is not bad, but was given the impression they wold be shipped out ot Texas.  They came from the UK.  Did they freeze, or get over heated by the airmail?  I bought product that went to 60lbs to meet my pets needs.  Produt was listed on box in kg of 25-55lbs.  I called tmultiple times o ask why I did not receive a confirmation email.  They were busy, and voice box was always full.  I did as instructed, and emailed.  Multiple times I emailed to no response.  Product was shipped as samples that would not have afforded me any recourse if lost in the mail.  Will they work?  I have no idea, but I will not return to a company that lied to me.  The never honored anything the promised on their website.  This a very shady company, and I will never order form them again.  I'll pay more to know for sure that I amgetting what Ipaid for.  If they do not work I am out over a hundred dollars.  I will hope for the best, but even if they work I will not order from them again.  I am used to a better service, and I will go back to them for that.
