Macao painting and Body shop Maaco supposed to Fix my front finder and bumper, and scratch and daint, to my surprise, I feel like the only sanded down part they think I could see,mand the part they think I could not see was left un sanded and just paint over. Orlando Florida

In October 2013' I took my suzukirand vitara to Maaco at 917 mercy Dr to be painted, first I was looking for an estimate, Steve the estimator told me if he gave me a good deal would I leave the car, so I did.  They experience that I had with with Steve at Maaco is that after painting the car I was so happy with the fron bumper been fixed, I did not pay attention to the side of the car until I took it home to clean the tires; that I notice Scratches that was jot sanded down, there was one I showed it to Steve he told me they could do anything to it because it would flatten the door. Later I found more scratch, when I confronted Steve he told me I have to pay or replace the part I'm complaining about. I told them I paid $719 to get the car painted and you want me to pay more, " I said no" I would not pay more. I called the Maaco headquarters I sent in the information about the estimate because it seems that steve did not put scratch and daint into the invoice and it's shows that I paid $99.99 for scratch and daint.  To my understanding the headquarter office can't make them fix the car because that maaco is individually own. I need help.
