Macerich Malls aka NYSE: MAC, Working Sales At A Mall Kiosk With Macerich-- Richmond, Virginia

First, as a sales person on their floor, at one of their kiosks, you may only stand as far away as five feet of the kiosk.  If someone walks past you, you may speak to them as long as they are no more than ten feet away.  This runs contrary to what the corporation higher ups wanted from their sales people according to their training.  Remember, I am a consultant for their company, not an employee!  I have a sales manager, but the kiosk was under the thumb of their security and customer service people!  I felt that the priority was always on the mall, and not the people who pay the rent to the mall and their owners...who wants to do that?  

I would tell anyone thinking about renting a kiosk from this company to stay as far away from this mall as possible!
