MACK Relocation Services, Inc. Mack Relocation Will not make good on my claims form for damaged items East Point, Georgia

These guys are a joke.  First off, the movers showed up two hours late to pick up my stuff, and then took 10 (ten) hours to load a 1500 sq ft 3 bedroom house.  The truck they were in wasn't big enough, so my outdoor furniture and some other things had to stay behind.  They quoted me $2700, and held my stuff on their truck until I paid them $4400!  (They said they were overweight.)  They showed up four hours late to deliver.  I found all sorts of stuff either broken or damaged, including my refrigerator, which worked before they put their hands on it.  I filled out a claims form with the driver, and after he signed it, told me that I wouldn't be getting reimbursed for anything.  I have called at least a dozen times asking for Jim Mack, the owner, who is always (and conveniently) unavailable.  I've left message after message and no one from Mack Relocation has returned my call.  Avoid Mack Relocation like the Plague!
