MacNeil Automotive Products Limited WeatherTech isn't living up to their refund policy. Downers Grove, Illinois

Having seen their ads in all the car magazines, we ordered some WeatherTech floor mat for our new car in October.  When they arrived, they didn't fit quite in the car quite as well as we had hoped.  Liking the quality of the mats, we decided to return these and order a different type of mat from WeatherTech.  After getting a return authorization number and paying to FedEx the mats back to MacNeil Automotive Products, we sent the mats back to them; they received them on November 3.

It's now November 29 and they still haven't credited our account yet.  We've called 5 times, each time the agent gives us some lame excuse for why the credit hasn't posted - the latest is that they didn't realize that their new computer system didn't handle refunds, only charges.  Somehow that's the only excuse I've heard from these people that I believe.

Their mats seem to be pretty high quality, but they're very expensive.  For a company whose motto is "We strive to continually exceed our customers expectations" they sure have a funny way of showing it.
