I went on the internet because in the paper I seen a ad that said they can help you get money needed for any reason be it buying a new home, paying off bills, buying a new car, or anything else.

I applied and received a phone call from a Francine Headley and said she was able to secure a loan for me at 9% interest. Although she seen something on my credit I could still get the loan. I had to secure the loan with an insurance policy through Prime America out of Canada. I need to wire to them 809.00 and call them with my mtcn number.

On Monday I called her back to see where the money was at and she informed me I needed to call a Stanley Richards after talking to Stanley He talked me into paying another 750 to them staking his job and livelyhood on the fact that I would for sure have the money by twelve the next day.

I have not heard from them again. I had my daughter put in for it just to see if they would call her back and of course they tried to tell her the same thing. When she informed them that she knew they were a fraud they gave her a disconnected number to call them back. To let you know the numbers they are using they are 866-856-7001 and 866-289-6533.

Your Not Alone

AUTHOR: Randy - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 12, 2004

I know what your going threw. I was approved for
a loan ammount of 5000.00 on April 19th. I had
two choices, one was to get a co-signer and
5000.00 in colladeral, or pay 709.00 for
insurance. So I paid the 709.00 plus 100.00 in
Western Union charges. Well Francine Headley
also told me the loan was ready and would be in
my account with in 24 hours.

The next day she called and stated the insurance company missed quoted me and, I needed to pay and extra 600.00. So I did. After I gave them the mtcn, Francine Headly said I would see the money in 24 hours. It is now May 12th, and still nothing.

I have called the numbers giving and keep
getting voice mail. I filed with the Mass.
Attorney Genral Office, NYS Attorney General
Office, Federal Trade Comm and the FBI. You and
anyone else needs to file a complaint so we all
can get our money back and take care of these
crooks.

Mass Attorney General 1-617-727-3548
Federal Trade Comm. 1-877-382-4357
FBI 1-212-384-1000

What ever state your are from you should call

that Attorney General Office.
